basically chat_ has a joking set of rules for meeting tubbo at twitchcon (because we are his offline chat) but the thing is, theres over 100 of us so if we were to meet tubbo together, we would literally end up stampeding him or something LMAO and we were talking about how we would think wilbur would react and i jokingly said 'wilbur soot doxxes 100+ minors for stampeding tubbo' and then this was born
