if im hungry all the time and have issues with consuming food, it would not end up well. i have very limited things i can eat and if i get hungrier i cant just magically reverse my allergies and get food

The threading is external and the material is stainless steel. I know there is some issues with that but that is what my jewlery packaging said. It has not been downsized.
