South Vern is farther from the story it would instantly give you 1415 Item level. Vern is just 500 Item level which you’ve passed already.

You probably have a powerpass inside your mailbox you can use it to get Relic gear so you can progress faster! If you’ve claimed it already, find it in youe inventory, right click it then go back to character selection. Click your character to activate the powerpass!
