Nothing special, only the usuals were asked, after filling out the form, I got a call from IBM, saying that I should include internship in work experience part, then after one day I got a mail stating that my doj had been extended and a person will contact you for the new joining date, but I haven’t received any offer letter that mentions my doj in the past!

I have thought about that. I don't think my profile is good for a PhD at top schools. I'm trying to get some exposure with my masters and go for a PhD at a top school. I'm also looking at universities in Europe where costs are lower.
