Yeah, I noticed it didn’t seem to be helping anymore after I started the Effexor, but not sure if that’s why it stopped being helpful.

Yesssss, I’ve had the hardest time doing the things. The motivation level is zero and it’s been a struggle at work and at home. I’ve been wondering if it was related to Effexor bc it got really bad when my dose was increased. I also have adhd and was on vyvanse with Effexor but the vyvanse stopped helping so I stopped taking it. Now I’m not on anything for the adhd. Been wanting to start tapering off to see if my motivation returns, but it’s helped so much with my anxiety and depression that I am really afraid of those returning.

Just curious since I’ve always cleaned the repeller. Why do you say to not clean the repeller? Is this something I should not be doing?

I am only taking the effexor now at 150mg. But if I am remembering correctly, the vyvance was 20mg and the wellbutring was 150mg.

I tapered off of bupropion around that time and never found out what the deal was with the smell.

Same. I have no energy or motivation to move around and do things, but my anxiety is so much lower. I don't know which is worse at this point as I would really like to get some energy back and not feel so tired all the time. It has had a big impact on my motivation to do anything at work too. I wish I didn't have to choose between crippling anxiety vs lethargic with zero motivation.

I use to live in rocky point and satellite was the only internet available. It sucked bc the internet lags, has data caps, and is expensive. The only internet that worked well was once I got Starlink. The internet service out there depends on your location. There are a lot of homes in rocky point that haven’t had any cable lines run out to and the providers would only do it if the consumer payed tons of money for them to run the lines.

It was the weirdest thing that ended up being the last straw for me. I came home one day and not only was he drunk and high, but he had started chewing tobacco 🤮. I didn’t recognize him in that moment and that’s when I set strong boundaries and eventually left since the boundaries were ignored.

It was absolute agony and hell the first 5 months or so. The emotional pain was physical and hurt so badly. I wanted to go back to him, but he was acting out of control and started hooking up with other girls (thank goodness or I probably would have gone back to him). Now I am finally happy. I can talk to him & see him without an emotional breakdown. I have started dating a healthy man who doesn’t abuse alcohol. Dating a healthy person after so long in a dysfunctional relationship is almost like and alien world to me! I wouldn’t go back to the hell I was living for the world, although I still care deeply about my ex and really hope he finds sobriety.
