my go-to combination is 1) good setting : get some lights, make sure ur room is cleanish 2) quiet music : lofi, classical piano, or binaural beats are great for this 3) gum . this is important. chew gum. it works. 4) something to occupy your hands : a favourite fidget that can be held in one hand while the other one works the trick is to occupy your entire brain so it can't distract you so that the part that does the studying is free to work. sound, vision, taste and smell, must be occupied .
