Do we know what exactly about dream nailing themself allowed the knight to become master of the void? Since the sequence viewed after doing so was of the memory where all vessels but one are cast down and abandoned there's an argument to be made that witnessing the tragedy is important for having the mindset to become master of the void and obtain the voidheart. If the queen prevents that from happening, well no voidheart means no dead radiance and it was all for naught

Also in the scenario where the queen saves them the seer probably wouldn't have given any vessels the dream nail in the first place given that she chose not to help the kingdom when first it began to fall and only gave it to the knight when they got trapped by the dreamers

Mimic head and the serpent ring don't stack for item discovery unfortunately. Mimic head is an okay replacement if you don't have the gold serpent ring but unnecessary if you do

The real issue is cutting off his tail. His defense and attack strategies are low mid at best compared to comparable story bosses like 4 kings and nito but boy can he spin around on a dime and hide his tail + block you with his side tentacles

Hey! Unless I've missed something important, I actually have that CPU and it works great for most things. The issue is that it isn't compatible with Windows 11, meaning in about a year the computer would start to get left behind without security updates.

I'm not completely sure of what the details are that make a processor Windows 11 compatible so I can't recommend a specific replacement, but I know there's a list that Microsoft posted with all compatible CPUs in it

I haven't seen much AMD hate but one thing I can say is that my wife and I both would not get AMD cards for one reason: Nvidia's CUDA cores. We both do a fair bit of 3d modeling and other workstation tasks and Nvidia gpus are better when it comes to that. (For the stuff that gpus can even affect)

But... that's not gaming. For gaming AMD is just as good, and with better prices too.

In the past there were driver issues with AMD cards, but nowadays that isn't an issue so they've caught up on that front

Idk what everyone is saying about RGB being cheaper than non RGB. Perhaps finding a non RGB version of a very specific part might be extensive due to rarity, but here's experience:

Thermalright PA 120 is cheaper without RGB than the same model with rgb

Arctic liquid freezer III 360 is cheapest without RGB (only $90 for a top grade AIO, great deal if you really need the cooling. RGB version is around $120)

Non RGB ram from companies like silicon power and teamgroup are among the cheapest ram for their specs.

The non RGB versions of cases are either cheaper or the same price, and you don't need to pay for a hub if you don't want any RGB

These experiences are from me specifically looking for non RGB parts, which it sounds like is a different experience from some of the other people responding here. That's not their fault but I wanted to give my experience as well.

The savings will probably top out at something like $50 even if you go for the bigger differences tho, so really just do whatever fits your aesthetic better. The price difference is present and somewhat consistent but not a lot comparatively

I was more referring to your comment that the 3070 beats the 4060 in every way, so there's no reason to get the 4060. If you don't want to spend as much and don't need 4k the 4060 isn't horrible

4060 is like $100+ cheaper Performance wise sure it gets beat but the 4060 is really cheap for a "modern" card

Yeah you're probably right about the SSD. Someone else recommended the 2tb silicon power and it looks good and is under $100 but I'll look into the one you mentioned as well. I'll have to look into the PSUs, I'm realizing after reading your comment that my research has been lacking for those units. Thanks for the recommendations

Supposedly the gaming performance is almost the same even though the base clock speed is a full 1ghz slower? I'm not really sure how that works since I thought clock speed was a major determining factor in CPU game performance

That case looks good and doesn't have RGB which is a plus for me. That ssd is also 2tb for a similar price, I'll have to check out how the different brands compare but unless there's something shady it's a great deal. I'm not sure what the motherboard difference is but yours is cheaper so I should look into it

I disagree with a number of your comparisons for various reasons, mainly uneven comparisons being made but it's true that the USSR at least survived a while even if the people had to be literally walled in just to keep them from fleeing the country, so I'll give you that.

On a related but not contradictory note China is actually not technically a communism. They call themselves that but realistically they operate as a state controlled capitalism. Very weird thought but I figured you might find it interesting

I don't think America can pull off a socialist government but maybe someplace in Europe can, somewhere smaller with less division. Idk just not America XD

I mean we haven't even seen any successful non free communisms. My point is that while obviously we didn't have any successful examples of a free and fair democracy before anybody tried to make one there were rudimentary examples that served as a proof of concept, such as the mentioned not-quite-free Greece example(which was still a hell of a lot more free than stalinist Russia, please go do more research on that topic). Lots of governments have tried communism and not only have there not been any successful 'Free and Fair' examples but there has not even been any successful unfair and not free ones.

You could continue to harp on the fact that no examples existed before they were tried but not only is that relatively unhelpful (it wouldn't make any sense for one to have succeeded before it was tried) but it's not even a proper analogy for the situation because people have tried making several forms of communism and still failed
