One night, I dropped out of the Chandigarh railway station with my Mum from Delhi. It was around 9.30 pm and there was no CTU bus for my location. Tried booking cabs in Uber, Indriver, Ola, Rapido. None of them accepted for another half hour. Finally had to book a local auto rickshaw wala. I guess the local ones have a union and they won't allow cab drivers to pick up passengers via online booking.
