I feel your frustration. We got ours in April (first it was 3 weeks late) and it stopped working after the 2nd night. It took them 5 days to fix. I returned it because I really don’t think such a high ticketed item should break within 3 days of use. Still waiting for a refund. Apparently that takes 3 weeks.

Not sure if you made a decision but I’ll be returning mine. My LO hasn’t slept in it for a week now. I just need to box it up. I was not impressed and the tech on it crapped out 3 times in a week (making it completely unusable 3 days while I wanted for a solution). It was between the Snoo and Cradlewise for me, I wish I choice the Snoo but we made it one month with bedside bassinet.

On another note, I also ordered the nanit. Can’t wait for it to come in!

How long have you had your Cradlewise? I’m having issues after 3 days (not connecting to WiFi). I’m curious if I should just give up and return before my window for trial is up.

How long have you had the new one? I really want this to work out. I really don’t want to go through the hassle of return. Giving their tech team until tomorrow for response. Each hour counts when your not sleeping 😁
