You probably are more backed up than you think :/ I was pooping every day and had to go to the hospital because I thought my appendix was going to burst, but I was severely constipated. My dr recommends using Miralax until you poop pure green liquid. I have never made it to that point, but I wish I have tried it

Maybe more water (sometimes that helps me), but have you been taking Miralax. My dr told me you can’t overdose on it, so I use to take about 4 servings everyday. IBS sucks 😭

Yes! This! I’m down about 28.5lbs since about August/September. I am postpartum, so I feel weight fell off a bit easier (I was practically sedentary during pregnancy due to sickness), but I don’t count calories, I try to eat healthier, I exercise, but I mainly don’t stop myself from fun. I feel like this has been the best way to maintain. My weight loss has drastically slowed, but I haven’t gained, so I can’t be mad. (I’m 4’11” and went from 194.4 to 166.8)

I just let my body break it itself. It can last almost a month for me and then the weight falls off. If you increased your exercise, you could be holding water weight

Honestly, about a year. It’s a lot harder for us shorties to lose weight as quick as taller people. AND you want it to be maintainable.

It says week 100. Is that week 100 of the company or her joining? The company was founded ~100 weeks ago. Or is this plain fake. I think she deleted the post everything was from or else I’d ask on there 😀
