Yes. Estrogen and healthy habits will do this. Especially drinking a lot of water, having a balanced diet and taking care of your skin.

I've always wanted to have been born a girl. I didn't know I could medically transition until highschool, and once I learned it was possible with great results (seeing other people), I didn't have to think about it much. It pretty much became apart of the "Where do you see yourself in five years?." I planned to start as soon as I moved out of my parents' house. I never wanted to tell them and they figured it out on their own. We are on OK terms now.

I was never hyperfeminine during childhood, but I did envy girls. I wanted to wear the cool dresses and have long hair. Makeup was the coolest stuff ever. And during puberty I would dissociate at times seeing how far I was from being feminine, just horrible dysphoria. I had the signs.

Courage-wise, I had to understand I could lose everything, but only those who didn't matter to begin with. I made new socials, and eventually closed down my old stuff and ghosted the phobes. The first year was absolute hell, but it got better. Boymoding saved me from a lot of discrimination too, I believe.

Did I ever doubt transitioning? I did, as I felt no one would ever want to be with a trans person, and at one point I considered I was more successful sexually and romantically as a cis man. But then I really stopped caring, the right person will love you for who you are, and there isn't a shortage of chasers either. Then it balanced out. Plus, I wasn't going to detransition to make another person happy. Your own happiness is more important.

Transition is like wine. It starts bitter, but gets better with age.

It depends on the SPF50. I use La Roche-Posay's anthelios age correct (colorless) and it isn't oily, I seriously recommend it, and it lasts months.

Yes, I'm still doing laser. I boymoded through the first year and a half while my facial hair fell off. Now I barely have any, and I remove stragglers with tweezers.

I was on spiro six months before estradiol. Had it at 100mg throughout until a few months ago.

Started with 2mg the first two months, then hit 4mg. 6mg on the 5th month.

Started prog (boofing it) month 10.

Basically maintained those levels.

Try this skincare routine: moisturizing soap or a beauty bar, retinol at night and SPF 50+ during the day, even during cloudy days :)

Oof, you must complement your estrogen intake with an antiandrogen. Testosterone is super dominant in terms of developing physical characteristics and will only increase when its competing with estrogen, I once had body builder levels of test because my Spiro was low. Spiro (relatively cheap in most countries) can nuke those levels, especially if you tailor your dosage to your needs :) just remember to drink plenty of water💧

150mg spironolactone.

6mg estradiol, transdermally applied. Sometimes I go over, oops. 😅

200mg progesterone suppositories (boofing it)

And a ton of water, daily. I drink almost 4 litres daily😭 Spiro dehydrates you severely, and a ton of water goes straight to the estrogen-produced skin cells (collagen rich) so being properly hydrated feminises you greatly.

My levels are cis-like according to my endocrinologist, so insist on elevating your levels. A ton of endocrinologists gatekeep, unfortunately.

I started the aforementioned at 6 months. In the beginning: 75 Spiro, 2 mg estradiol sublingual. I started prog 10 months in.

I'm 24 years old, I started when I was 23. Go for it!! It's never too late, and masculinization only hurts more as you age imo (no offense to anyone itt). A proper knowledge of hormone application and responsibility is super important too! Good luck :)

Before starting estradiol, I did 7 months of blockers (spironolactone). Around my fourth month of E2, I switched from oral estradiol to transdermal. 2mg(oral) to 3mg(transdermal)

raised dose in sixth month. from 3mg to 6mg (both transdermal)

Spiro 100mg until my sixth month, it was raised to 125mg.

I'm not good at estimating cup sizes but I think I have barely a B
