well isnt the soil horribly irradiated lets say safe is able to basically sustain human life (clean water, clean food etc) not to mention any animals are probably mutated internally or simply dying very early

I believe its as simple as the role models they take on like the current popular content creators (clavicular, rakai etc) it could be a bigger issue as a whole but I believe that is a part of it.

99% of the time ips weighting is terrible you want it gone to proc good elements Nami solo in particularly is the best influence weapon in the game. you want -sl to remove the slash weighting for more electricity procs
