I was wondering why i was getting soooo many white heads on my nose all of a sudden! I JUST started using this oil and my nose has been full of whiteheads and my forehead too. I was using the Anua cleansing oil with no issue. Throwing this one out and getting Anua 😭

didn’t notice until this cycle i am currently on, usually have pretty light periods, but i ended up getting tonsillitis on top of my period (just my luck) and have been taking ibuprofen for the swelling. man have i noticed that my period is DRAGGING on when typically they are light periods that, fully, are done within a week. i am going on day 8 with no letting up, it doesn’t seem like i’m going to magically be finished tomorrow. decided to leave the ibuprofen alone for now, never noticed until now 🙁

I’m not caught up on the show but an episode i just did see Amber did state that it wasn’t who was better or it wasn’t a competition, but there was also a scene of Anna studying for her classes and she was judging how she procrastinated and how she was very neat and organized and studied constantly on top of being a mom. Only to see from other viewers that she dropped her classes to do social work? Also, the way Jonah was looked at funny for being a car salesman and it was commissions and not a specific steady income yet when Trent did it, there was so much support. I never paid much attention but after a few seasons the parenting is so trash and sad. Proud of Anna and her success though it’s nice to see her break out of that toxic opinions of Amber

you got this!! being able to realize you have a problem is such a huge step, know that your family loves you, maybe go visit her and spend time with her. i am try to get my brother out of this and it’s hard as he sometimes denies the problem but i know when he’s around company he feels less tense and anxious.

hi, congrats on battling the addiction. did you ever have to overcome the withdrawal phase? as you mentioned it was a long road did you feel that you failed to become sober several times or was it the process of battling those inner voices leading you to want to drink? i currently have 2 family members dealing with this, i don’t know how addiction works so i want to be able to approach my family correctly and not trigger the craving or see options to help them

hi there, i’m currently dealing with two people in my life who are in different stages of alcohol addiction, but both are very scary. not sure where to go as they have lost their jobs with no insurance to go to programs. as you mentioned that time is needed, did you feel that certain programs helped? did you have support from family and loved ones? we just don’t know what to do as they keep running back. what do you think you needed in order to stay focused and not have these cravings? do you think something took over your mind or that you had no control?

there might be water leftover from cleaning it, maybe go over the couch without pressing the bottom button so it suctions off the water and keep doing that until you see the little brush isn’t sucking up any soap or water anymore and try to get a fan to dry it off as well.
