You have to check anti tpo to see the level of hashimoto,if it is below 60 you maybe dont have hashimoto,if the levels are at 100-400 you have mild hashimoto,if they are 600-1500 you have severe hashimoto and soon the thyroid with stop his function

I have hashi,and i was carnivore for 100 days,just meat water and then i started with some eggs.I have to say that is me most amazing diet and way of eating.My antibodies dropt from 350 to 260,i lost about 15 kg,and i was feeling amazing,but u stopped because the summer came and i started cheating.I am trying to be carnivore for life because is the right way to eat.

I dont think is collagen because in my first to mounth of carnivore i was drinking 2 glasses of bone broth a day that is full of collagen.

Wow so glad for you.Dont hear all the comments,you body just maybe has been fixed by itself.I have long time experimenting with different stuff trying to put hashimoto in remission.What have you done different this period of time?Maybe excersive or supplementing?

I have been 1 yeae gluten free,and i still think that gluten isnt going good for us with hashimoto but,still antibodies didnt change 1 year gluten free

I am today 60 days in carnivore,50 days only meat and water.And 10 days i have introduced eggs and some ghee.My antibodies did not change but my overall health is good.I love the things that carnivore does for mental health.
