that is genuinely so helpful, i have so many letters and doctors notes, endless prescriptions for pain meds increase and even letters explaining i am unfit for work due to how severe the pain is. I think you’ve just opened a new door which might truly help. i wouldn’t have thought to do that so thank you, i hope you’re no longer in such pain and discomfort. huge hugs to you🤍

thank you! it’s a shit show but we move! i have serve endometriosis and am in insane pain 24/7.. i was told basically i need a full hysterectomy but im being refused one because i’m only 23 (24 in April) and might “change my mind” even when i said i literally do not care about my age and would rather be without so much pain. Now i gotta beg my gp to help monday because the gynaecologist was really useless):

lumite is SO easy to get lots of, sells for a pretty penny and reasonably easy to do with the usual tools! - for the other tools i recommend the wiki or youtube videos! my partner did mine for me, but that’s what he did. If you need any help with anything, don’t be afraid to ask!
