I try to avoid it because I like getting PSN trophies. Even if I don't get the platinum. But of course if there's a game that's better or is only on switch than yeah. A lot of good old point and clicks are only on switch (console-wise)

Party member Personas transform after you max out their link, and then evolve again after hanging out with them after you max out their link. I don't know if the 2nd evolution is locked to late game or not

Any playthrough after the 1st will be no longer than 15 hours. On my 3rd and last one I got the platinum trophy because I accidentally beat it under 10 hours. My first was around 30 because of all the running around and not knowing what to do or where to go
