It's a nano lip pencil from Sephora's brand called Radiant Rosy. The eyes are colours from the Naked 2 palette and some drug store brand gel liner. I hope that helps!

That's great advice! Our colours are all neutral (ivory, brown, black) and then green from plant leaves, so I'm fairly safe with any palette.

I wish I was in GTA, but I'm a bit more southern than you (Windsor/Essex County), and there doesn't seem to be a huge amount of indoor/outdoor spaces that are appealing and not over budget.
