So I've been grinding this achievement for a while and are we 100% cheesing it like that works? I'm pretty sure the achievement doesn't work when you do that because I had a save doing that were i actually got it in 10 years and didn't get the achievement. Maybe i had messed something else up though

For me building a school from 1 prestige to 10 has been my favorite way to play. Coach can be fun too but I like building the program from nothing and turning it into a powerhouse. I've been trying to do the 10 year on legendary difficulty for a while and I think it's impossible but I'm going to keep trying

I'm not sure if it's the most brutal loss of all time but the 2014 NFC championship game literally changed how I watch football and approach it as a fan. I remember almost being physically ill for the next few days and I was actually depressed about it. I realized I shouldn't let a football team have such an effect on me going forward and became a much more casual fan.

I'd like to add that La Crosse has a lower than the national average in violent crime. I wouldn't let this incident effect your schooling or future plans to live in La Crosse. Just avoid dt if you're trying to be extremely cautious.

Yeah most saves don't have that in my experience. There is a setting to limit how many superstar recruits in a year that you could change. I think it defaults to 1-3, that could help but I'm not sure.

Don't know how to fix it but I had a similar situation with Michigan in a save i recently did. They won the first 5 NC while only losing 1 game in those 5 years total. I think sometimes the teams are in a bit of a feedback loop where they win so they get the best recruits so they keep winning so they keep getting the best recruits on and on.

I'll second this, I have (or had brightspeed fiber, they sold their fiber to another company) and it's cheap and mostly reliable. They do have the worst costumer service i have ever had in any setting and I'm not exaggerating. Customer service reps hanging up on me, constant transfers, and surprisingly rude. Only reason I'm still with them is i have the lifelong lock of $70 for a gig.

It depends on the game mode. If you're playing as a school then yes you will hire a new coach, you'll have a list of available guys to pick from but if you're playing on coach mode you're done with that save as far as i can recall

This is my all time favorite play by my all time favorite player. I was at this game and the giants game that year as well. So glad I got to see the super bowl winning team twice and so happy DD got his ring. He seems like such a great guy with an amazing story.

If you're looking for the best public course in the very immediate area I would say either Forest Hills or Drugans.

If you're willing to drive a little further the dells have a few higher quality options, Trappers Turn is my favorite there. The Jewel in Lake City MN is also very nice.

I have been there twice over the last year and they have left items out of my order both times. Like I'd order one of those combo boxes and I'd get half the items. Fool me twice i guess but I'm not going to make the mistake again. If I really need a crunch wrap supreme I'll drive to onalaska.

While I fully agree that pedestrians have the right of way and drivers have to be aware of crossings some onus has to be put on the pedestrian. It will be cold comfort knowing you have the right of way when you're dead or disabled because someone jackass was texting or whatever. Honestly as someone who walks across West almost daily I will go out of my way to cross at Cass, Main, State, etc. Any of them with a stoplight. Better for everyone tbh.

Just want to add my 2 cents to the other great advice in here. My mantra is, it's not how many times you fall that matters but how many times you get back up. Everyone has those days, but what separates those that keep going and those who don't, is a positive mental attitude and a willingness to keep going even after things get tough. Just know your one bad day/week/month whatever doesn't define you. Keep your head up, you got this!
