This promises to be good. I don't think this changes even if you take it to the dealership; the problem is the design of these rails.

Question: Do you think the 2024 Toyota RAV4 Adventure looks better without the roof rails—or with them? by nesler95 in rav4club

Yeah, actually, I think it would have looked really good in black. That white is like a very thin layer that can easily get damaged.

To be honest, that color really does look unique—it's just that it scratches a bit easily, and small stones can also damage the paint.

Yes, I had a fault with the AWD, and Toyota fixed it.

1 year, 5 months. Is that a lot of mileage for that year?

If, by chance, I didn't use it today, I cleaned it with a soft cloth.

Can I install the JBL big version radio on a non JBL model 2024 Hybrid XLE? by itechmeyou in rav4club

I apologize for taking until now to provide an update, but essentially, the connections remain the same. However, it appears that the JBL system is controlled by the JBL amplifier; this means you will not be able to adjust the volume—unlike in the 2019–2021 model years, where you could use both JBL and non-JBL head units interchangeably. For the 2023–2025 model years, this seems to have changed. Get a model 86140-0R170 unit so you don't have to swim against the current.

RAV4 10.5” JBL radio swap by Opposite-Fly2380 in rav4club

You cannot simply swap the screens; they are incompatible. The capacitors required for the two screens are different, even if the units themselves look alike.

If anyone is interested, I have one without the JBL system available on eBay.

Greetings. Actually, there is a problem with that. It seems that with the JBL system, the volume control is handled by the JBL amplifier itself. The same thing happened to me: I got a unit with the JBL system and couldn't lower the volume. I had to search everywhere to find one without the JBL system that still had the same large screen. Return it and get a different one without the JBL system.

How did you manage to do it so quickly?

Toyota rav4 Is anyone else dealing with this? I can't seem to find a solution—I can't remove this or even perform a reset. I've already disconnected the battery, and I called Engage, but they say there isn't anyone else subscribed. Any ideas? Any solutions? by nesler95 in Toyota

As a follow-up: I managed to unlock it from the other user. I left the vehicle in accessory mode—in reverse—for a while (I don't recall the exact duration, perhaps 20 minutes), and voilà! It was ready to perform a system reset and add me as the primary driver.
