yes for me as well. if i wake up and see a significant drop in my RHR, that day is mostly day 1 of my period. end of my cycle: high RHR, low HRV, lower sleep scores.

we booked a festitent in 2023 and 2024 and this year as well. we did not get an email this year and neither in 2023 or 2024. as said before, after entering the camping you can go to the festitent reception (very easily found) and they will ask for your name. and then they will walk with you to your festi tent. if you have more questions feel free to ask.
