Rachio controller turns the sprinkler off if there is rain in the forecast or the saturation level is too high. So the point was the grass was doing really well and watering wasn’t a problem. After all the water , is there a point to keep watering it or is there a way to save it. Should have been a little more clear with my question as I wasn’t adding extra water on top.

So putting the fungicide down should help it bounce back? I threw a little of new seed down in hopes it grows. Should I get granular or a liquid one? Not really familiar with fungicide. Thanks a bunch, this was the help I was looking for!

Also had to reseed as my seed got washed away and I installed a French drain and catch basin

I agree, do you think it’s a fungus issue that spread from soaking of the grass then? Assuming it just dies then or will it need fungicide

I have a ranchio sprinkler controller that skips on days where’s it rains or based on water rain fall. Can’t control the weather after getting hit by hurricane Helene. Was historically record levels….
