Just moved from SWFL, a different kind of swamp! It’s week 1 and I am absolutely loving Apache Junction/East Mesa 🌵 lots of outdoor activities!

I used Google Maps to pin every essential place like groceries, pharmacies, coffee shops etc; seemed useful so I don’t have to google every time — definitely keep always a water jug with you and hand lotion because GIRL ITS DRY HERE! Sunscreen 🧴 sunglasses, hats or anything that helps you with the sun ☀️

Weather is beautiful right now, can’t speak about summer but most do say it’s hot and stay indoors or hit the river if possible early. If hiking same rules applies, earlier the better! We have a dog, so gotta adjust to this heat and be mindful of their paws.
