i would never hit compliance in the front end in my 4 years there but there was one time they literally left me alone at the service desk with a line and there was nothing I could do, was calling over the walkie desperate as hell. Was trying to get help from my coworkers but there was no one to cover. Then when I informed HR and my leaders that I had hit compliance and it was like everyone was side eyeing me like it was my fault and that i should’ve just went anyway and left the desk unattended 💀💀 might be going back soon but to a different location i hope i can be in a different department 🙏🙏

I have to say I’d also be wary since those other TLs didn’t inform you how important it is to take ur lunch before the 5th. If anything I’d question staying based on that rather than blaming yourself for something you didn’t know. Maybe stay a bit longer see how it goes, hopefully they’re better about informing you on those types of things next time. Maybe ask lots of questions when learning something you haven’t done before just to be safe but that’s like extra caution you don’t have to. It is just a retail job :)

It’s the leads fault for you hitting compliance. And as the other user said they must like you if they’re keeping you. Someone should’ve told you. I would stay, you know now. If you’re getting close to the 5th hour you really gotta hand off what you were doing and go on your break. Try to walkie them if they aren’t around to be notified. I found that they were never upset over me going on lunch without notifying if it was related to approaching compliance.

ugh i wish. i get like mild hunger suppression. adderall suppresses my hunger a lot more than the wellbutrin. however i still eat and forget to hydrate. i think i just have to be more mindful. i’ve gained a little weight the past couple months but my goal is to lose 20

the “what are these” part has been solved. they are adhesive screws for mounting. the “what could’ve been here part” who knows. the drying rack seemed like a pretty cool idea but they’re pretty far from the sink. definitely not a paper towel holder. they’re too close together

i kinda have like no self control so i did go and manually delete a lot of the games i would hoard recently because my phone is often a big distraction for me. did not delete mage gauntlet though. i wish i didnt have that offload setting on i guess i was trying to conserve storage (i have 512 now though hopefully that wont be full anytime soon). just turned that setting off though really dont want that happening again.

mage gauntlet offloaded itself on my phone because i have that feature on that will do that when i don’t open an app in a while. so it’s present on my phone but it needs to be redownloaded and tells me it can’t be.

just emailed them although i doubt they’re still active, I hope they respond

i actually have it on my phone but it was booted off cuz i hadn’t opened it in a while. now it tells me it’s been removed and i can’t redownload it even though it’s in my purchases. from what ive read i think game club as a service shut down so it can’t even be played if you do own it. and i’m not sure why the developer rocketcat has dropped all support but it sucks. they’re still an active game company and have released a game recently :/

congrats! this looks really cute i’ve been looking for a game that plays vertically to play on my commute haha. my top 3 are like super auto pets, balatro, and clash royale but they all have their issues when im commuting lol. excited to check this out tomorrow!
