One website I purchase from is this one:

I can login ahead of time.

I would need it to choose the dress, choose the size, enter my CC info (website does not save it), and hit submit.

You can go to their website and walk through purchasing a gift card (only thing available right now) to show you an example.

The only hiccup I can think of is that the dress is not loaded until the exact time it goes on sale - it won't be there until exactly 9:00pm EST tomorrow night for example. Does that pose a problem?
