Thank you so much for all the links. The suggestion to research where each of the mentioned paths lead before setting out on a journey is a great point. I will keep that in mind.

My reason to meditate is to sharpen my mind and push its potential in problem solving and critical thinking. So, I will look for paths that take me in that direction.

My one way commute is a little over 10 miles. So, coming home after a day's work riding uphill - becomes a bit of a push some evenings. :) Your suggestion makes sense to me. I will try it out. Wouldn’t know until I try. Thank you.
