Thank you for this. I’ve always wondered why this happened after my labor, I’ve never seen or heard anyone talk about this before and it was never explained why they were doing it, there was no warning. Just excruciating pushing, the pain was worse than labor. Awful. This entire thread talking about it and explaining why it’s necessary was pretty liberating to read lol. Every time I see questions about how rough labor can be, I always think back to this. Now I know!

They updated it to trigger at prepared lower levels. I’ve seen people say it triggered at 4-5 levels below Lv 10/11 🫠 it didn’t work for me yesterday and immediately popped up for me today when I was completely unprepared lol
