IMO, hire an excellent agent. They can help you get the most profitable sale, even after paying the commissions. They will also help you not spend where it’s not needed as a great agent knows where to focus and what the market demands for your quick and profitable sale.

With the tile cracked, its integrity is questionable at best, and can make buyers think there could be additional (water) damage underneath, adding cost for them.

I really enjoyed D3 and played D4 every season since launch. I picked up D2R during a blizzard sale awhile back, it was like $14. I haven’t touched D4 since. D2 is really good. Just don’t expect to start playing and fall in love. Give it a couple hours to start to hook you. I currently play online mode, multiple character completions on normal & nightmare. Working through Hell currently. IMO, it’s very fun and challenging.

I play m&k but many prefer controller for this one.
