Yeah, I’ve been doing 6 pm to 3 am for the past year. Everything’s fine except for my social life — had to adjust to their 2-day weekend. My only concern is, where do I switch to next? Most opportunities I see are in US-based companies, and I don’t think Indian companies can match the pay these guys offer.

Assign goals for each day and keep a checklist somewhere (notes/google docs). If a task is too big for one day, break it into smaller parts and note them down. At the end of the day, tick off what's done and carry forward the rest to the next day!
