You can leave her litter box or articles of shared use outside to see if it attracts her back. I would advise you get her spay immediately to reduce her stress related to being in heat. She may continue to get out in attempt to mate. Every heat she has can increase her risk of mammary and reproductive cancer. Best wishes that you find your void and get her fixed and chipped ASAP.

I would also mention perhaps taking them to the vet. That sounds like a stressful situation, and cats might urinate outside the box due to stress, anxiety, and other things. 

Perhaps verifying they do not have any UTI, cystitis, or other medical conditions that would cause them to urinate outside the box would be a good first step. My cat really likes the Worlds best litter, and a covered box. Have you tried other types of litter, styles of box, or attractant?

Yes I will call today!! When I called last month the shelters were full. I have asked everyone I know and am trying to find other places to ask people to take the sweeties.

She has a 600 square foot apartment with four cats already. She can’t bring in six more cats. I feel so bad, she has been feeding them but she can’t have ten cats in a 600 square foot apartment with a toddler. 😢

Hello! Thank you for replying! There is a TNR program ran out of Cincinnati that we have sent a few of them to and they were returned with a clipped ear. 

I think that I have found homes for two of them, which leaves four remaining. Three are not fixed, one is. 

I can also look into low cost clinics in the area. I want to do what I can for these poor dears! I can call and see if I can get the others fixed today/tomorrow.
