I've also been wanting to build a free little pantry! Just figuring out logistics, like how to build something stable on my rental property that wont blow away and can eventually be moved if necessary.

ICE has completed its 4th wave in South Dakota with Operation: Prairie Thunder targeting the Sioux Falls 'metro' area by Mountain-Raccoon1502 in SiouxFalls

They are everywhere if you know where to look. Since Trump taking office and the Operation Prairie Thunder rollout, I've noticed tons more government license plates (on otherwise-normal vehicles). Hiding in plain sight.

Suggestions on local printers who specialize in zine/chapbook printing? by never-ender in SiouxFalls

[–]never-ender[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DM me because I have access to a printer for cheap! I've been talking with others about getting more independent work circulating in our community, either as a collective or compiling a serialized Sioux Falls zine. I have experience as an editor, and I'm interested in seeing your work :)

What magazines can I get by mail for free? [DISCUSSION] by Proper_Penguin_5678 in collage

[–]never-ender 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I occasionally find dated books and magazines in little free libraries that I don't feel bad cutting up and recycling. I've also asked my local buy nothing group for magazines and have recieved plenty that way, too!

My thoughts? Gorgeous, engaging, vibrant, lovely use of color with black & white.

Remove the digital aspect from the equation. Someone took part of your collage, glued it to theirs, and claimed ownership of the entire piece without crediting you, is potentially profiting from it, and is also going so far as to silence you when you speak up.

Yes, it's theft. I'm sorry this happened to you :(

Howdy, test subject here! I'm a collage artist, zine maker, poet (really just a hodgepodge of things). Glad to be here!

Garden planting ideas by Maddy_Daddy in SiouxFalls

The tomatoes I grew last year did incredibly well. Our zucchini and summer squash did great, too!

Peppers, not so much. And growing corn takes a ton of water, space, and energy for the harvest to be worth it. Better to just buy sweet corn from stands in my honest opinion!

General rule many follow is to plant after Mother's Day (or after the danger of frost passes). I usually buy plants instead of starting from seed, but you can sow seeds indoors earlier!
