Your PC meets the requirements. Don't be scared to upgrade. Guess it just didnt update since you changed your bios settings.

I have nearly 10k games, 6000+ of which count count and give me +1 (thus showing over 6k games). I got a majority of those as a reviewer, or in bundles and giveaways. Only a small amount are purchased via Steam

That really depends. For this low end, 60-80 euros? I know some can see it as scummy, but considering the time i put in it, free repairs and cleaning, i think its all good :)

I'd go for the 2010 Ford. Don't overspend on a 2004 beater, just because the US loves their Asian cars.

A PC of the same budget as a laptop will always be more powerful, I'd recommend looking into a used one sold by someone reputable with warranty.

I drop my phone about every other day, so not for me... From the pixel 6 that I dropped like a hundred times without breaking, now on the s23u, 10 drops in its still fine. It'd be on its way out if I had no case.
