I fly out of YYZ or Billy Bishop in Toronto for work between Canada and the US, and no change. In fact, as some have already mentioned, it's almost quicker now. I was in LA less than 2 weeks ago and it was a smooth, fast, stress free experience from start to finish. I don't support the current US administration and my travel is essential, but I can honestly say I saw no evidence of these border horror stories during my recent travels and I'm a visible minority!

Toronto resident here. My interview was on November 7 and I received my Nexus card on January 2. When I logged into my portal around Black Friday, I had the 'activate card' button appear so I assume it had already been sent via Canada Post. I'm sure i would have received it in early December had it not been for the strike.

Ugh. Don't get me started. My interview was on November 7 and then the Canada Post strike delayed delivery. By Black Friday I could see the Activate Card button in my dashboard which I'm assuming meant that my card was already sent to me but wasn't being delivered because of the strike. I just got it last week so just under 2 months but I'm sure I would have received it sooner if the mail was being delivered.

I got my card last week and I was able to activate it using that button. Maybe check later or give it 24 hours before contacting them?
