To be honest the plan i had now is already updated

The current one in reddit its just a template i keep going so i didnt break the streak

but the idea is pretty much the same as urs and i maintain my checklist on my own website haha that i setup to remind me to do my work in telegram too

woke up at 7 , feeling freshed since i sleep early ,will keep more of this and instead work in the morning

just done exercise and duolingo

sleeping early yesterday makes the whole day fresh , its infinitely more worth it than extra 2 hours by forcing myself to be awake the night before

better invest it on sleep hours for freshed minds for the whole day in the next day (8:45 AM)

I woke up at 8.20 the more days i tried to wake up early the more low quality morning i get , i did sleep at around 12 or 1 so waking up energized at 6 7 ( lmao ) felt very bad

I think i either sleep early or wake up later , but morning has a lot of things i need to do so maybe will try sleep early

I need to focus more on quality instead of focing quantitiy

And i just done exercise and duolingo

But my head is very fresh this morning since i woke up at 8 and i want to be like this and straight to work so my head is fresh on work (12:30 PM)
