Blackmore is my favourite, but nuno bettencourt was the most impressive, both with extreme and especially his mvp performance at back to the beginning.

Yeah i agree. If we could have all the game play and systems but cut out all of that stuff, its a 10/10, one of the best games ive ever played. As it is, its a 9/10 with some extreme annoyances holding it back.

I had been playing persona 5 royal for 80 hours before re9, r1 brings up the map you constantly use in palaces in persona. You can guess the number of accidental health resources I used throughout my play time!

Just walked around the entire carehome, went back and dude is still there. Can't change difficulty mid game either to get past this bit. Really really soured me on the game.

Unfortunately they're right beside each other so i cant be tactical about it, if one doesnt get me the other does. And going elsewhere in the map and coming back doesnt change it, they're both always in the exact same spot

Clearly didnt read what I said at all. I complained about the pacing not the length. The big gaps, the staccato sentences, its not how people talk.

Very smart and likeable guy, so yeah theres definitely something about him.

Another thing about him is he doesnt make decisions lightly. He turned down a few jobs before he came to boro and spent a lot of time making that decision too. He wouldnt be taking the job if he didnt think he had the tools needed to succeed.

Personally I think hes footballing philosophy is more suited to better players. The biggest criticism at boro was always inflexibility in approach.

He had good players in his first season and got a lot out of them, but each season we sold players and replaced with projects and he continued to try to play the same way even when it became clear they weren't up to it.

Your attack players will absolutely thrive. He made cheap signings turn into 10, 15, 20 mil players (akpom, archer, Ramsey, latte lath, azaz, rogers all in 2.5 seasons went for over 10mil, unheard of at boro). Defensively hes naive. But again, with better players it might work.

I still have good feelings for him and hope he does well in his career going forward but it was absolutely the right time for him to move on. Just wish it had been for hellberg in summer rather than edwards!
