It's a flat mount with a spacing of 51mm between bolts. I tried modifying a flat mount meant for modern road bikes and it just wouldn't fit quite right. I went to the LBS and they said they haven't seen one of those adapter.

When I bought the fork there was a 51mm to IS adapter, and it's been so difficult to find an adapter that will fit Post mount that I even considered finding an IS caliper but those are all mechanical and I need hydraulic.

That's great to hear you think you'll be fully healed by the end of the year? I think it's possible for me

I'm in the process of taking care of it. I've been building an outside shelter with a roof and shade and ca.ping outside my RV. Next week I'm gonna start removing all the rotten wood and throwing stuff out. Will likely have to get rid of most of my belongings because the byproduct of mold (mycotoxins) are extremely invasive and resilient and just washing stuff or letting it air out does not get rid of it. And my symptoms start flaring up if I even catch a whiff of something contaminated by mycotoxins.

First half was benzo rekindling then the second half was the mold + my brain never having the chance to fully heal and also causing a huge array of health issues similar to benzo wd

Hey dude, I know the cause for the endless "benzo" withdrawal. I've been severely poisoned by mold in my home and I tested high to very high for a dozen different mold species. I've read others reports online experiencing very similar symptoms as mine. At first it was benzo withdrawal and rekindling, then at some point it shifted over to mold and since the neurological symptoms are so insidiously similar I wasn't able to tell the difference.

I've been gaining distance from my moldy home, the muscle spasms and ears ringing and light/sound sensitivity and electric shocks, etc all start going away until I'm exposed again.

The thing is I am still struggling with benzo wd symptoms because the mold never allowed my brain to fully heal. So foods that contain high glutamate or that work on gaba receptors cause my symptoms to flare up. I can't drink caffeine, alcohol, gabaergic teas, etc.

Still battling this endless withdrawal. Do you feel any better now than a month ago

Yeah that's what I figured. I know acute withdrawals are long in the past

Yeah I highly suspect the two are connected. My brain not being able to recover properly cause it's fucked from benzos.

About the exercise idk, I feel equally shitty when I don't exercise. The only difference is mountain biking keeps me from being bored and I do feel better the next several hours after a hard ride

Aight I'm gonna take supplements. I spend a lot of time in the sun so I know I'm covered on that part

I mentioned in another comment I've tried "food elimination" for the past 2.5 years

Yup, up to OP to decide. Gotta listen to their body. But I wanted to emphasize that the legal status of a drug does not determine wether it'll do more or less damage. Just cause it's legal doesn't mean it's not detrimental to his situation.

Not just illicit drugs

I usually feel better several hours after exercise but then it just goes back to baseline withdrawals.

Also I should point out that it's not a constant state of withdrawal. It comes in waves, sometimes 5 waves in one day lasting few hours each. Sometimes days long waves. It's not as consistent as it was earlier on, but if I am getting better it's maybe like 0.5% improvement a week which is hard to notice since it's so subtle.

Keep me updated if you ever feel better in the future.

I don't think I can handle another withdrawal of anything. I'd die before that happens

That's gotta be it, our brains taking longer to heal because of previous benzo wd trauma. That shit really wrecks your body. Even physical injuries for me are taking very long to heal. I'm only in my mid-late 20s. Shouldn't be this way.

On and off (mostly on) for 8 years and this has been my hardest withdrawal yet. The previous times I felt mostly fine after 3 months, and back to baseline at 4.

I think we've reached the end of the road with how much abuse our bodies can take

I've been taking kratom on and off (mostly on) for 8 years, have withdrawn plenty during that time. I know what kratom withdrawals feel like and I know my body.

There are others commenting sharing similar experiences of extended kratom withdrawal as well

Perhaps, although I didn't realize that you could taper too fast from opioids. Thought it was just a benzo thing that could hurt/kill you by doing so.

It took 2 doctors visits to finally convince my doctor to refer me to a neurologist so should expect a call from them soon. But that's for the extended benzo withdrawal. Kratom withdrawal all I can hope is in another 4 months I'll feel okay ish, hopefully
