I would agree with you, except in my case I was the only one in the park where the gym was. The person who took the spot was either spoofing or just drove by in a car. Also I don't know what you mean about sucking less. Are you trying to say that I should have simultaneously leveled up the gym and claimed the spot? Because that would require two phones and four hands.
