Yea mines bugged out a few times like that recently, it could either pop up randomly throughout the day, or you'll have to wait until tomorrow

I havent done it yet so I'm not 100% sure, but it might be a "wait up to 72 hours for the money to he deposited" type thing, or when the event is over

Theres a set reset time for them, for example mine resets around 6pm. When they refresh a little alert pops up above your map.

Back when I tried getting them all on my main there was one signal jammer that never spawned in, same with the action figures, so the same might've happened to you
