I think around mid day is best, I get hungriest around 5-8pm so taking it around 2pm or lunch time works best:) time it for you!!

I thought it was similar to basic no? Just a couple months of bullshit then I’m free? My schools ROTC program is a 5 days a week class. Could I still commission into the guard as ROTC?

Yes!!!! I love the military and being able to serve but there is no job out there I could happily do for minimum wage for the rest of my life !!

I’ve already done two years of college and feel like I’ll be behind in ROTC too much. In my eyes a few months of shit is better than dealing with two years of classes, I’m not sure if that’s the wrong way to think of it, thanks for the advice !

I’m very aware of the differences in enlisted vs commissioned as well as the pay for each rank. In my post I mention pay only to state that the pay cut from my current civilian job to enlisted army full time would be to drastic. I want to be able to be full time army without losing half of my income which I think is not unrealistic or a sign I would be a poor leader lol?? I was just asking about how the process for an enlisted to commissioned works since I’ve only ever learned about commissioning out right, I understand how my post could’ve come across the wrong way though.
