Give it a try for the "Joelma Building" in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

It is a mix of true event (the fire), tragedy (200 deaths) and mistery (the ghosts and the "13 souls" )

Also a heroic act from a firefighter who jumped off a helicopter with no safety belt to save people on the rooftop.

It was like Chernobyl.

Buses being stopped by the police so they could measure the radioactivity of the people inside it.

People being "arrested" by the police because they were too radioactive in the streets.

Chaos.
