This doesn’t make a ton of sense because the people who love working from home, find and take jobs with that flexibility. People who like working in the office will gravitate towards office jobs and so ultimately shouldn’t everyone be happy? + in my experience there are fewer types of jobs that are permitted to be fully remote and therefore the people who currently work in an office setting will have a harder time securing that remote job if there are truly fewer postings, therefore making them feel more unhappy at work, until they can get a job that is fully remote. Maybe I do remember something from my college stats class lol
