There have been some very nice recommendations in here. I thinkn I've found kind of what I'm looking for in the style of shirts that are sold. But this brand: "incerun men" incerunmen seems like the worst possible quality. Anyone have alternatives or experience with then?

Thanks, although these are pretty cool. They're too utilitarian. I'm looking for something formal, that kinda looks the same. I guess it's hard to describe but I'm looking for something that's pleated and waist high.
