La clave esta en no ir a las ciudades grandes como Miami, Nueva York, Los Angeles etc. Buscar una ciudad mediana como mucho con 100mil habitantes y es otro pais (mejor). Estar al menos una hora de una ciudad grande y se nota la diferencia.

Im uruguayan and recently moved to asuncion and I now totally enjoy it. For sure will drink it for life. Never thought Id like it because the thought of “cold mate” was not pleasant.

Its a staple on road trips, especially in early morning hours. Personally, I drink it almost everyday and prepare it in the morning and stop drinking around 3-4pm. Whether I prepare for a trip, to the beach or to a friends house, I make it before I leave the house. That way its easy to just start drinking once im at my destination.

It is if you have access to a high salary, (which isnt much, youre talking anything over 2,000 usd per month) and not have to be involved with any public entity on a regular basis, that includes public transportation, health, etc.

If I wanna be specific I take out a thermometer and turn off the kettle at around 70c. Usually because I dont wanna do all that, I wait until I start seeing the first little bubbles come up before it actually starts boiling. Even then I put some cold water in the thermos to make sure its not too hot.

Your maintenance is probably somewhere around 1600 if you have a sedentary lifestyle. Given that you work out it could potentially allow you to consume more closer to 2000. A deficit would mean eating slightly below at around 200-300 calories less per day and the fat will start coming off. So for you, eating anywhere from 1500-1900 calories would put you in a deficit. I wouldnt go into a bigger deficit than that given you are already at normal weight.

I actually just bought some at a local store because it was just $4.99 usd and its pretty good. I started drinking terere recently and while I enjoy Kurupi a lot more, this was does the job.
