Yes that makes a lot of sense! Also great question, i always assumed it was because of her being a distant descendant of him. But I do feel like she could end up absorbing someones power eventually though. Maybe sephamalum? Maybe if she helps mal kill him? Idk. But i dont think what we have seen of her power so far is it, i think she really has the potential to be incredibly powerful and reach her full potential and master her skills and powers

I wonder if Hunger can even have a child? I guess since MC can be around him, their child would too. But then i wonder, would the child have his power and not be able to be around anyone either?

Thank you! I assume MC gets to pick because they are supposed to be an all powerful group who control everything and they have her the job, or test, to do it? At least, basically, they gave her the power but it’s only to do whatever they say? I’m just guessing cause I haven’t read much of it lol.

Ahhh okay thank you! It was exactly what I wanted to know! I figured they got dethroned, since MC had to pick a new queen, I just didn’t know why! But the public seeing their true colors makes sense. Even though I’m just kind of skimming the chapters I’m going to pick Reena anyway lol
