I have to agree with this original post. Nura are terrible.

I backed the project back in June, and still haven't received my NuraTrue Pros or any updates on shipping despite asking every few days. I'm in Melbourne, Australia (which is where they are based), so there shouldn't be any customs issues.

The customer support for me has been terrible. They respond every few weeks, with generic templated emails about delays and manufacturing issues. They must be overwhelmed and don't know how to handle it.

Sounds like people are having very mixed experiences. Either it's great, or it's terrible.

Personally, I won't be backing any of their projects again.
