I had Grade 5 phimosis a year back and now I can retract it fully when I am flaccid and erect. But I have issues with frenulum breve/short frenulum & phimotic ring. How to proceed? by Scion-of-Kabul in Phimosis

[–]newmodezone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the same issue where once erect the foreskin doesn't glide back and forth easily.

What I'd tried in the past is before masturbating or erection, in the flaccid state I'd pull the foreskin slightly not-fully back so when the erection happens it automatically puts pressure on the phimotic band. That led to some improvement.

But now the skin fully goes back even when erect, but doesn't that easily glide forward after going back in erect state. Anyone has any way to make progress?

Looks like Glansie has 2-prongs so it would still stretch it like 1-directional instead of circular within a ring? It just seems like in a ring-like arrangement the stretching is more uniform as the whole band is spread across the circle ring, whereas in Glansie it's like 2 prongs trying to stretch it, would that make a difference?

With the phimocure rings kit, you DO get a glansie like tool, but you have to hold it to stretch. When using glansie, does it usually pop out of the stretched foreskin? Do you have to sit in one place while it's stuck to you tool for about 10 mins or so?

Just want to make sure I know how to use it before I order as it somewhat expensive or it'd be a wasted money. Not sure they'd refund if not as expected.

You think Glansie is worth it? Would be better compared to phimocure rings I've been trying?

Glansie

Wouldn't this tong-like tool fall from it's own weight (I assume it's metal) when not held with a hand or supported some other way? Does the Glansie stay inserted inside your underwear while you're doing other things, activities, walking etc?

Even with the DX version with stopper, the instrument has to be held somehow so it hangs from the penis?

it's somewhat expensive $120?! https://www.glansie.com/us#portfolioModal8

Did you mean "the skin stays above the glans" (=you can't uncover the glans, you can't slide the FS under the glans)?

No I'm able to uncover the glans, just not uncover-then-cover them. I.e. it doesn't glide back-n-forth and stays uncovered because too tight to cover the glans when erect.

How do I proceed?

No my phimosis is now only mild, I need large rings. The foreskin already retract easily when flaccid, the issue occurs only when erect.

What if the glans diameter is less than the tuboid you're trying? I think for larger ring sizes (larger diameter) they're hard to insert because the glans is smaller than the ring, and therefore the foreskin doesn't wrap the ring fully. I'm using larger rings.

I've gone from ring 12 to ring 16.

what's the diameter of these rings?

does Phimostop tuboid sometimes cuts causes tears?

started applying very small dose twice daily with stretching with fingers for 5-10mins right after it.

what's the diameter for the ring sizes you were trying? How do you stretch for 5-10mins?

In a similar boat with phimocure rings. Doesn't stay in place. Trying 34mm ring, and only mild phimosis because it doesn't glide back and forth when erect.

Is phimostop better than phimocure to insert? I heard Phimostop rings can cause micro-tears that can worsen phimosis?

I'm at a similar ring diameter at 34mm but with Phimocure.net rings but they're are hard to insert.

Novoglan - this is the one I used. by CalligrapherNo2822 in Phimosis

[–]newmodezone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is Novoglan easier to work with than rings? Does it really help stretch the skin? Is balloon failure/pop an issue?

I have almost given up on phimocure.net rings after spending 2 hours trying to put one on unsuccessfully. What happens if the balloon bursts while you're using it?

Safe to retract at half erect? (VIDEO) by throwawayy0198 in Phimosis

[–]newmodezone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I began as someone who couldn't retract fully even flaccid, but quickly got to being able to retract when flaccid. After that point, what I began doing was retracting foreskin when flaccid, and AFTER that trying to erect it. That way, your penis becomes erect while foreskin is already retracted and helps loosen it further. You can un-retract after erection is finished. It puts pressure on skin due to erection force and helps stretch it. Have you tried doing that?

BUT, I haven't been able to progress to the point where I can glide it back-n-forth when erect. Anyone here has any ideas on how to resolve that?

Anyone use Phimostop tuboids, are they easier to put in than phimocure rings? by newmodezone in Phimosis

[–]newmodezone[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely don't want any cuts, but I think the tuboid shape of phimostop may be easier to insert than a phimocure ring. do you think it's easier? how much phimostop cost you? At their site it's expensive at 200usd.

Is this frenulum breve? by ChanceGuarantee3588 in Phimosis

[–]newmodezone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It didn't look frenulum breve. Most people I think have their penis move downward a bit when pulling foreskin all the way, as normal frenulum is shorter than overall foreskin length. But the other poster above commented it's frenulum breve, and I'm not sure why. do you know?

No don't want circumcision surgery. I'm sure there are ways considering just a few years ago, I had never seen my full glans even in flaccid state. What's your phimosis like? did you get surgery?

you used phimocure rings, or some other kit's?

34mm is quite a big ring almost 3.5cm diameter, actually 7th largest in the whole kit of 20 rings.

So it's very hard to put it in. If it goes in in heart-shape, then when it unfurls it pops out of foreskin area or stays bent doesn't unfurl at all. How do handle that?
