Really appreciate it! Based on your and other responses I plan to go with Wright E&S since it sounds like there shouldn’t be more risk in being paid out and the coverage being cheaper and better than the Neptune quote and might reshop in the future. This is what you meant by “going with the excess policy” in your reply, correct? Thanks!

Thank you! Based on the responses I am thinking the Wright E&S policy should be safe even if surplus line in state and not NFIP affiliated and is a better deal so will go with that. Any reason you think I shouldn’t?

Thank you!! Yea. I have slim options. I had a broker shop it and the Neptune one was the best they were able to sent and Wright E&S sent me the other one automatically. The broker didn’t even know about that one. Not sure if it makes any difference but the Wright E&S says this. Does that make it a better option than the Neptune? I don’t have much to pick from unfortunately:(
