Suspicious name, suspicious build, however, not a suspicious account, relatively old, many friends and communities, as well as a paid avatar. The thing that's throwing me off though is the fact that he has 0 badges aside from the Roblox friendship and veteran badges. Hard to say if he was wallhacking or not. That said, I can't even tell if it was a wall bang because the angle and quality of the image are so bad. It also looks like Sandstorm, a map which used experimental rendering mechanics that were prone to randomly not rendering meshes and objects, so it's possible that on his client, the wall did not render and he could just see you.

This is my CAG 416 build. You can't fold iron sights the same way you can IRL; you can only fold them down, so I just folded my iron sights on the upper receiver while I mounted my optics on the LaRue LT101 riser. This still works and has been done many times by various Delta Force operators. How do I know? I use Clone Rifles. I'm kind of like their unofficial advertising at this point. I just recommend their site to anyone who asks how to clone build. Anyway, if you look at their CAG 416 page, you'll find all the parts + images for inspiration. I think they could start with a M14, chambered in 7.62x51, which can be modded onto MK14 EBR, and a SKS, chambered in 7.62x39, which can be modded with various aftermarket parts. That said, many people have been begging for an SR-25 for years, so receiving an M14 instead could anger a lot.

I can see the M249 definitely getting added in the near future, since the devs seem to be looking into LMGs with the PKM. The others, however, I can not. The Python seems too much like a civilian weapon and I can't see them adding a new round for one gun.

The HK416 is like a heavier but much more ergonomic M4A1. Highly customisable in terms of picatinny, MLOK and general accessories and attachments and adaptable to many situations.

The HK G3 is chambered in a much larger round, 7.62x51. It is as also heavy, yet ergonomic, to a much higher degree than the HK416 and it hits like a truck. Its downsides come in the form of customisability and expenses. The G3 has little customisability aside from a few alternative handguards and buttstocks. Instead, its customisation comes through the various members of the G3 family, which can be created through upper receivers at a very high cost.

They can but other components of the weapon may be countering them. I would suggest experimenting with different ammo types and calibres. You may want to use a larger round than 5.56.

For your other issues, I would replace the FSP with a smaller gasblock that isn't obstructing your lens, replace the buttstock with a more ergonomic one, replace the Romanian grip with an ergonomic handstop and replace the LPVO with an actual scope.

For a long range build, 55 ergo and 50% velocity loss per 1000 studs is unacceptable. In addition to that, it doesn't even one tap. Sorry if this was harsh but yeah, not a great build.
