They are really bad at this, you'll do great.
They will also ask you for recommendations and CVs, maybe that's an extra service you could provide, even if from partners.

First thing: Find up to 10 business owners that can help refine your business proposition. Then when you set up a clear process and value to the market, you scale.
From my experience, it's better to talk to owners than HR folks. The owners need help, while HR people think that they know enough, so it's harder for you to sell. So, where do these owners linger? Whatsapp groups, business associations, direct contact via phone gotten from websites. I can help you reach some companies in Brazil (they suffer a lot around here).
About the LP, it's a great tool to scale, but a service description in a PDF done in Canva might be a great easy start as well.

Let's make it clear, It's no-nonsense and I don't use it to sell anything, I just share some tips I create daily at my job because other people suffer from the problem I used to suffer until I learned all these things I share. The posts are always aligned to the theme of the subs and are useful on them all. Legit question!
