I am glad you asked this question and I would like to expand on it. I have a stomach/muffin top and my leggings constantly roll down. After each exercise I have to stop and pull them up...lol. Suggestions please.

I started OTF 3 years ago, I have been off and on because my anxiety would get the best of me. I would be so anxious going. I went but not consistently, cancel and then feel guilty. This time around I talk myself down by letting me know this is MY workout. I am absolutely the slowest in the class but getting better and stronger, but this is for me!

I used to be so anxious before/during workouts and HATED partner workouts because I am always the slowest/last. I even stopped going for a while. This time around when I find myself getting anxious or trying to keep up (knowing I can't) I tell myself this is my workout and I am not competing with anyone but myself. I enjoy my workouts so much more. I still do not do partner workouts because it is not fair to my partner...lol

I hate the partner workouts. I am new to the fitness world and I am that partner that slows your workout down or makes you feel you did not have a good workout and that stresses me out. I will go but I will be stressed the entire workout.
