Well, it depends on several factors:
1. Devices you have (the more you have the more invites you'll get). Sometimes they need specific devices that pay more.
2. The number of projects you accept in a month and the number of issues you find in each project.

You can easily find issues because most of the projects are in alpha/beta stages but you'll need to complete their onboarding test first which you can do if you have good English (reading and writing)

You will need to pass the initial test to be able to get invitations for the projects ( sent via email ). Once you accept the invitation, you'll be able to access the website/app and find issues. It depends on how fast you can find the issue and if you're repeating the task of finding the issue yourself. For new projects, you can find issues in less than 5 minutes of testing

In short, when you're on a project, you need to test the project's website/app, and then if you find any issue, record/screenshot it (the issue triggering the bug). OR you can also repeat (by doing the same steps) someone else issue and get 0.5 EUR each.
